Madreselva Holistic Centre SRL
1. General information
This website and the hospitality services are managed by Madreselva Holistic Centre SRL, based in Italy.
By booking a stay at Madre Selva, the guest fully accepts the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Services offered
Madre Selva is a holistic centre and accommodation facility that offers:
- Accommodation
- Holistic experiences, retreats and activities
- Services related to well-being, nature and the community
Some activities may take place in natural environments and require adaptability and personal responsibility.
3. Bookings
Bookings can be made through the official website or other authorised channels.
A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of:
total or partial payment (deposit), or
written confirmation from the facility
Madre Selva reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of errors or unavailability.
4. Prices and payments
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.
Payment may be required:
- in full at the time of booking, or
- via deposit + balance before arrival
Accepted payment methods will be indicated at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation policy
Standard cancellations
- Up to 14 days before arrival: full refund
- Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund
No-show: In case of no-show, the entire booking amount will be retained.
Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
👉 For retreats or special events, specific conditions indicated at the time of booking may apply.
6. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 3 PM
- Check-out: by 11 AM
- Different times must be agreed upon in advance.
7. Guest responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
- respectful behaviour towards people, animals and the environment
- any damage caused to the facility
- compliance with the centre's rules
Madre Selva is a shared space and requires mutual awareness and care.
8. Holistic activities and well-being
The activities offered do not replace medical or therapeutic treatments.
By participating, the guest declares to:
- be in adequate health conditions
- assume responsibility for their own participation
9. Limitation of liability
Madreselva Holistic Centre SRL is not responsible for:
- loss or theft of personal items
- accidents resulting from improper use of spaces
- events beyond its control (force majeure)
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in compliance with current legislation (GDPR).

11. Amendments to the terms
Madre Selva reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the applicable Italian court will have jurisdiction.
